1. Binding Agreement & System Access

By loading, interaction routing, or compiling media layouts through the server domains of Nexus Recorder, you agree to comply with these terms of service rules. If you do not accept these operational compliance boundaries, you must stop utilizing the tool features instantly.

2. Explicit Data Ownership Protocols

Nexus Recorder maintains no ownership models, tracking nodes, or distribution rights over any digital files generated through our application. The multimedia blobs (.mp4 and .webm) remain the absolute and unrestricted intellectual property of the user. The platform operates on a purely pass-through client architecture.

3. Prohibited Engineering Exploits

Users are strictly prohibited from parsing or injecting automated scripts to alter the layout framework or bypass our display ad configurations. Scraping the core mixing canvas code arrays or building automated proxy traffic tunnels is a direct violation of our infrastructure usage policies.

4. Absolute Warranty Disclaimer

The software layer is provided entirely "As-Is". Developer Divyank Kumar, Nexus Solver networks, and associated nodes provide no warranties regarding recording completions if local processes are interrupted by operating system level resource allocation limits, browser version mismatches, or sudden memory page drops.
